Autopartswarehouse.com Brings Back “House”

The T.V. series “House” may be categorized as a medical drama show but the main character’s sarcastic remarks and stinging diatribe evens out the sometimes somber tone of the issue dealt with in each of the episode. Hugh Laurie stars as Dr. Gregory House, a genius doctor whose way with treating his patients runs more on the unconventional side. What I like most about this T.V. show is that you don’t just learn some technical things from it; you also get to laugh. I know I do, especially with House’s dry sense of humor and caustic quips.
Speaking of House, this character actually drives a motorcycle to work. However, in one of the episodes where it was really snowing, he brought a 1988 Dodge Dynasty to work. His character is actually handicapped. House has a hard time walking; he limps on one leg. This is probably the reason why he brought a Dynasty in that one episode instead of his motorcycle.
The ’88 Dodge Dynasty took the place of the Diplomat and was introduced in the sedan market. It was available in two trims levels: base and Premium. This model may look boxy and not too attractive but it’s spacious enough to accommodate six people. The Dynasty is powered by a 2.5-liter, 4-cylinder engine with 96 horsepower. There is also an option of a 3-liter V6 Mitsubishi motor which gives off 141horsepower. This option could also be matched with a 4-speed automatic Ultradrive. Other options consisted of air conditioning, cruise control and power locks and windows. Overall, it was reportedly a reliable family car. Smooth to drive and sturdy on the road, the very roomy 1988 Dodge Dynasty gave a comfortable ride.
A bit of a trivia about this car: This three-speed automatic was supposedly named after the hit old T.V. show “Dynasty.”
